There’s no need for plates

• The unique Selectorised Smith Bar on the SF3 is directly tied into the weight stacks. There’s no need to load and unload Olympic plates to change your weight, just move the pins.

Bench included

• The SF3 comes standard with the Inspire Fitness FLB2 Folding Adjustable Bench & even has built-in bench storage when it’s not in use.

Weight multiplier

• Need more weight on your Smith bar? No problem, you can double the weight with the SF3’s weight multiplier feature. When using the Smith feature you can opt for a 2:1 or 1:1 cable ratio. With 2 x 75kg weight stacks and a 10kg smith bar this allows you to bench press or squat a maximum load of 160kg.

Built in storage

• It comes complete with all of the accessories you need to complete your workouts, as well as a clean way to store them and your adjustable bench.
